Easter Bunny Coconut Cupcakes | An Easy Decorating Hack
It's time to take a running jump toward spring and make some pretty bunny cupcakes for the season. I made my Easter Bunny Coconut Cupcakes using a box of cake mix and just 3 ingredients for the Easter Bunny cupcake topper- shredded coconut, Betty Crocker frosting and store bought chocolate bunnies.
This Easter Bunny Cupcake hack is super quick to make and a fun thing to do with kids. Just buy a few more chocolate bunnies than you think you need because I assure you that a few bunnies will disappear under the pretext of taste testing and quality checks. After all, who can resist a cheeky and irresistibly cute chocolate rabbit.

Foil Wrapped Chocolate Bunnies
When choosing the chocolate bunny toppers, check that the unwrapped chocolate bunnies have some indentations and markings to define the bunny's features. It just makes for a prettier topping.
Some brands to try are Milka, Malteasers, Choceur and Lindt. These make mini chocolate bunnies during spring and Easter time.

Tip: Wait for the cupcakes to cool completely before starting to frost and decorate with the Easter Bunny cupcake toppers.
A watched pot takes forever to boil, and hot cupcakes take forever to cool. So while waiting for my cupcakes to cool, I headed out into my garden and clipped a few spring blooms to bring into the house; daffodils, fragrant hyacinths and a few sprigs of rosemary that withstood winter. Nothing sweeter like having a little posy on my kitchen table while I bake and cook.
